Role Overview

As an AI Frontend Workflow Developer, your primary responsibility is to design and implement frontend workflows that interface directly with AI systems, enabling smooth, intuitive user journeys involving chat, content generation, editing, and review. Your work ensures that interactions with AI models feel seamless and predictable, gracefully managing states such as loading, streaming, errors, retries, and occasional AI model inaccuracies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create frontend workflows integrating AI features including chat interfaces, prompt input handling, streaming of outputs, content generation and editing cycles, and approval processes.
• Manage AI-specific interface states like streaming tokens, partial response rendering, loading phases, retries upon failure, error handling, and rate limiting thoughtfully and effectively.
• Connect frontend components to backend model and agent APIs, maintaining consistent and accurate state management throughout multi-step interactive flows.
• Collaborate closely with product teams and designers to build AI interactions that convey speed, reliability, and user trust.
• Instrument and monitor frontend user interactions to analyze how users navigate AI-driven workflows and identify drop-off points for iterative improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Familiarity with core AI concepts critical to frontend development such as tokens, context windows, streaming data and server-sent events, prompt engineering (including system prompts), function and tool invocation, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent states and memory management, guardrails against incorrect outputs (hallucinations), and performance metrics like latency and time-to-first-token.
• 1 to 2 years' experience developing frontend applications, with proven delivery of at least one AI-powered feature to end users.
• Strong command of React along with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with handling streaming responses and managing asynchronous multi-step UI states within AI-based features.
• Comfortable working with model and agent APIs, analyzing and managing latency, failure modes, and recovery within the user interface.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should hold a B.C.A. degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, or a B.Tech/B.E. degree in any specialization.
