This position, based in San Francisco with options for Omaha, New York, and Chicago, offers a hybrid work model blending remote and on-site office days as per team needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support AI agent governance and maintenance processes to ensure ongoing accuracy, performance, and effective lifecycle oversight.
- Develop and uphold standards, best practices, and frameworks that assure AI agent quality, testing rigor, and ease of maintenance.
- Advise internal partners and teams in building AI agents by providing guidance on design principles, tools, testing, and governance standards.
- Create and deploy AI knowledge agents utilizing platforms such as Copilot Studio, Glean, and other AI technologies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to verify that AI agent outputs are grounded in reliable and validated information.
- Continuously monitor new AI tools and advancements to refine governance strategies and deliver informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in technology, operations, analytics, or AI-focused roles.
- Familiarity with AI governance topics including quality standards, lifecycle management, and Responsible AI principles.
- Proven ability to apply structured processes effectively, such as intake, review, testing, or auditing workflows.
- Strong communication and consultative skills enabling simplification of complex issues.
- At least one year of practical experience creating AI agents, chatbots, or automation solutions.
- Quick adaptability to new tools and technologies.
Preferred Experience
- Working in cross-functional teams or collaborative project environments.
- Assessing AI agents, workflows, or outputs for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.
- Experience with iterative development, experimentation, and incorporating user feedback.
- Familiarity with scripting, low-code/no-code platforms, or lightweight application development tools such as Copilot App Builder or Power Apps.
- Building dashboards (e.g., PowerBI) or automating workflows (e.g., Power Automate).
- Handling APIs, system integrations, or diverse data sources.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $71,000 to $115,000 annually, with actual pay dependent on qualifications such as experience, certifications, and location-based cost differences. Compensation may also include bonuses, equity, benefits, and other incentives.
