Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed guidance to prospective students and their parents regarding admission procedures and available academic programs through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assist students throughout the entire admission process by responding to inquiries and supporting the completion of necessary documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate or postgraduate degree holder with 4 to 5 years of prior experience in a counselor role at a recognized institution or university.
• Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven customer service aptitude and persuasive skills.
• Capacity to perform effectively under pressure with a proactive, motivated outlook.
• Strong organizational capabilities coupled with networking proficiency.
• Familiarity and competence in using Microsoft Office tools.
