About Adani Institute of Digital Technology Management
Adani Institute of Digital Technology Management (AIDTM) is dedicated to closing the divide between innovative concepts and producing impactful, futuristic technology-driven advancements within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide detailed guidance to prospective students and their parents regarding admission procedures and available academic programs through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist students throughout the entire admission process by responding to inquiries and supporting the completion of necessary documentation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate or postgraduate degree holder with 4 to 5 years of prior experience in a counselor role at a recognized institution or university.
- Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven customer service aptitude and persuasive skills.
- Capacity to perform effectively under pressure with a proactive, motivated outlook.
- Strong organizational capabilities coupled with networking proficiency.
- Familiarity and competence in using Microsoft Office tools.
