Role Overview

This role focuses on expanding the bank’s customer base by bringing in new business, supporting revenue growth, and meeting assigned sales goals while delivering a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create fresh business opportunities through the allocated sales channels.
• Consistently work toward and meet monthly sales targets.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
• Make sure all sourcing activity follows the bank’s internal policies and process guidelines.

• The role begins as an 11-month contract.
• Continuation of the contract depends on performance.

Compensation

The fixed CTC offered for this position is INR 2.4 lakhs per annum.
