Role Overview
This role focuses on expanding the bank’s customer base by bringing in new business, supporting revenue growth, and meeting assigned sales goals while delivering a strong customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create fresh business opportunities through the allocated sales channels.
- Consistently work toward and meet monthly sales targets.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
- Make sure all sourcing activity follows the bank’s internal policies and process guidelines.
Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduates with an interest in sales are welcome to apply.
- The ability to work in a goal-oriented, target-led environment is important.
- The role begins as an 11-month contract.
- Continuation of the contract depends on performance.
Compensation
The fixed CTC offered for this position is INR 2.4 lakhs per annum.
