About the internship

This work-from-home internship is for a Telugu Telecalling Intern at ChatSpark, an audio-first social platform that combines one-to-one voice conversations with light social gaming. The product is designed around a “challenge & connect” approach, using simple interactive play to help people feel comfortable before moving into live voice chats.

What you will do

• Place outbound calls to prospective customers to present the company’s products and services.
• Answer incoming customer calls and resolve questions or concerns.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer conversations in the database.
• Work with the sales team to follow up on leads generated through calls.
• Run customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback for service improvement.
• Support the creation of call scripts and guides for future campaigns.
• Work consistently toward call volume and conversion targets.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work from home, can begin between 5th Jul'26 and 9th Aug'26, can commit for 3 months, and have relevant skills and interest in telecalling/customer interaction.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 to 8,000.
