About the internship
This work-from-home internship is for a Telugu Telecalling Intern at ChatSpark, an audio-first social platform that combines one-to-one voice conversations with light social gaming. The product is designed around a “challenge & connect” approach, using simple interactive play to help people feel comfortable before moving into live voice chats.
What you will do
- Place outbound calls to prospective customers to present the company’s products and services.
- Answer incoming customer calls and resolve questions or concerns.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer conversations in the database.
- Work with the sales team to follow up on leads generated through calls.
- Run customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback for service improvement.
- Support the creation of call scripts and guides for future campaigns.
- Work consistently toward call volume and conversion targets.

Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 to 8,000.
