  • Direct, coach, and grow a team that includes Director-level and senior lifecycle leaders, while raising standards of accountability and performance.
  • Test and expand retention and engagement channels beyond email and SMS, including direct mail, WhatsApp, and social messaging platforms.
  • Work closely with ecommerce, customer experience, performance marketing, and brand teams to keep retention efforts aligned with wider growth priorities.

Requirements
