Quality Process Analyst

This opportunity is shared on behalf of a partner employer that handles the full hiring process and all follow-up steps. The partner is seeking a Quality Process Analyst in the United States.

The role focuses on improving the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of complex operational and clinical data workflows in a tightly regulated environment. You will help create and maintain analytics frameworks that track performance, support compliance, and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement. The position combines data interpretation, statistical quality methods, and operational analysis to inform better decisions across teams. You will work with cross-functional partners to turn data into practical recommendations and strengthen end-to-end processes. A key part of the job involves monitoring production measures, spotting patterns, and supporting escalation paths related to quality and compliance events. The work also requires careful handling of sensitive healthcare data in a secure, privacy-conscious manner. This is an analytical, high-impact role where accuracy, structure, and accountability directly affect operational and patient-related outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports for quality analytics and performance tracking using business intelligence tools.
• Review production and operational data to surface trends, irregularities, and useful insights.
• Produce recurring reports covering productivity, workload allocation, and process effectiveness across teams and functions.
• Own workflow tracking and documentation in Jira, including ticket coordination and converting operational needs into technical requirements.
• Track and assist with quality escalation workflows, including analysis of incidents, process adjustments, and compliance issues.
• Maintain accurate and complete quality and regulatory documentation such as NCRs, CAPAs, amended reports, and HIPAA-related incidents.
• Contribute to process mapping and continuous improvement efforts that strengthen quality outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Use SQL, analytical tools, and statistical techniques to perform data analysis, hypothesis testing, and statistical process control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a similar discipline, or comparable hands-on experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, quality analytics, business intelligence, or another data-focused role.
• Strong analytical ability with attention to detail and the capacity to organize and interpret large datasets accurately.
• Practical experience with SQL and statistical methods for analysis, reporting, and evaluating processes.
• Exposure to BI platforms such as Power BI, QlikView, or Business Objects is preferred.
• Working knowledge of data modeling, segmentation approaches, and effective reporting practices.
• Solid organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.
• Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and stay effective in fast-paced regulated settings.
• Comfort handling sensitive healthcare information while following HIPAA and privacy requirements.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and messaging/collaboration tools.
