Role Overview
The Tour Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing both domestic and international travel packages to deliver excellent service throughout the travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and coordinate tour itineraries ensuring seamless execution from departure to return.
- Lead and guide groups during tours, overseeing all aspects of travel logistics.
- Liaise with hotels, transportation services, airlines, and local providers to secure necessary arrangements.
- Manage guest arrivals, check-in procedures, and provide comprehensive itinerary briefings.
- Offer on-trip assistance, resolving issues and providing support as required.
- Ensure the well-being, safety, and comfort of travelers throughout the journey.
- Handle unexpected changes, delays, or emergency situations with prompt and effective solutions.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily reports to management summarizing tour progress and issues.
- Strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle guest complaints with professionalism.
- Actively promote supplementary travel services and packages during tours.
