Tour Manager

Role Overview

The Tour Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing both domestic and international travel packages to deliver excellent service throughout the travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate tour itineraries ensuring seamless execution from departure to return.
• Lead and guide groups during tours, overseeing all aspects of travel logistics.
• Liaise with hotels, transportation services, airlines, and local providers to secure necessary arrangements.
• Manage guest arrivals, check-in procedures, and provide comprehensive itinerary briefings.
• Offer on-trip assistance, resolving issues and providing support as required.
• Ensure the well-being, safety, and comfort of travelers throughout the journey.
• Handle unexpected changes, delays, or emergency situations with prompt and effective solutions.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily reports to management summarizing tour progress and issues.
• Strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle guest complaints with professionalism.
• Actively promote supplementary travel services and packages during tours.
