Job Overview
As a Temporary Warehouse Associate at Regeneron located in Limerick, you will oversee the receipt, documentation, and movement of inventory and non-inventory items within the facility as well as from external sources. Additional responsibilities include labeling and shipping tasks. This is a 12-month contract role requiring shift work.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule receipt and transfer of inbound and outbound raw materials and products.
- Accurately document all inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining records manually or electronically.
- Operate multiple electronic systems such as inventory management and electronic training platforms.
- Distribute materials to end users following electronic requisition procedures.
- Manage inventory through regular cycle counts.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards across the facility.
- Adhere to safety policies and standard operating procedures within a cGMP environment.
Candidate Profile
- Ability to carefully follow detailed instructions and complete thorough documentation.
- Strong multitasking skills with the capability to work independently.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working within dynamic, cross-functional teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum educational qualification: Leaving Certificate.
- 0 to 2 years experience preferred, ideally in materials operations within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
