About the Role
Join Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) as a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Human Resources division in recruiting talent for various Non-IT areas such as Sales, Customer Service, and Field Operations. This internship provides an engaging opportunity to understand end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing methods, and candidate engagement in a dynamic corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media channels, and internal databases in alignment with specified job criteria.
- Carry out initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidates' interest, communication skills, and suitability for the role.
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers across multiple locations.
- Update and maintain candidate records and talent pools to facilitate a smooth recruitment workflow.
- Support the HR team by organizing necessary documentation and assisting with post-selection and onboarding processes.
- Contribute to the preparation of recruitment reports and talent acquisition data.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills; knowledge of regional languages such as Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil is advantageous.
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach and team spirit.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and job search platforms.
- Eager to learn, detail-conscious, and capable of managing time efficiently.
