Qualifications

• Good financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cultures and time zones in remote settings.
• Exposure to business development, market growth, or customer relationship management that supports long-term partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in leading change, building inclusive teams, and mentoring future leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA or similar advanced qualification is an added advantage.
• Comfort using digital collaboration tools and data analytics platforms to oversee operations and performance.
• Strong command of English; Spanish or another European language is considered beneficial.
