Role overview
This full-time remote leadership role is responsible for guiding major business functions and supporting the company’s long-term growth. The Senior Vice President will set strategic direction, align commercial, operational, and financial goals, and work closely with executive leadership on planning, risk oversight, and organizational development.
In day-to-day work, the role involves reviewing performance dashboards and reports, coaching senior managers, establishing and tracking KPIs, and using data to improve efficiency and profitability. The position also represents the company in senior-level internal and external discussions, supports leadership development, and helps strengthen an inclusive, high-performance culture.

- Define long-range business priorities and translate them into measurable objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure coordination across commercial, operational, and finance functions.
- Monitor performance metrics, evaluate reports, and use insights to guide decisions.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategy, organizational planning, and risk management.
- Represent the business in high-level meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications
- Extensive senior leadership background, preferably in textiles, manufacturing, or a closely related field, with experience handling large teams and complex operations.
- Strong capability in strategic planning, execution, goal setting, KPI design, and transformation work.
- Good financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cultures and time zones in remote settings.
- Exposure to business development, market growth, or customer relationship management that supports long-term partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in leading change, building inclusive teams, and mentoring future leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA or similar advanced qualification is an added advantage.
- Comfort using digital collaboration tools and data analytics platforms to oversee operations and performance.
- Strong command of English; Spanish or another European language is considered beneficial.
