Job Responsibilities
- Direct prospecting efforts, segmentation, and special projects for Board communities.
- Develop and oversee outreach cadences and messaging in collaboration with Sales leadership and Communications teams.
- Track and analyze KPIs of the Sales Development Representative team to ensure goal achievement.
- Possess and maintain a thorough knowledge of target personas and their challenges.
- Apply consultative communication with senior executives based on subject matter expertise.
- Conduct both cold and warm outreach to potential members to arrange discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Utilize internal marketing assets to engage target organizations and executives.
- Employ Sales Enablement platforms such as SalesLoft and ZoomInfo to manage prospect engagements.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to Sales Development Representatives, reinforcing core team values.
- Contribute actively to the onboarding and training process of new team members.
- Prepare and present data reports as required.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales Development or a related sales role.
- Consistently exceeded sales quotas, achieving 110% or higher for three consecutive quarters.
- Proven expertise in outbound sales strategies including personalization, messaging, and multichannel approaches.
- Experienced in coaching peers on communication techniques and objection handling.
- Effective at prioritizing accounts and territories strategically.
- Deep understanding of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), market segmentation, and aligning sales motions accordingly.
- Active contributor to internal resources such as call libraries, cadence updates, and template creation.
- Proactively identifies potential risks or gaps and proposes effective solutions.
- Self-motivated to drive ongoing improvements without direct oversight.
- Exhibits professionalism in communication, documentation, and task completion.
