Position Overview
The role of Senior HR Executive (US) involves managing comprehensive HR functions focused on US-based hiring and employee lifecycle. This full-time position operates from the Mohali office on a US/night shift schedule, requiring collaboration with leadership and teams across both countries to ensure smooth HR processes and quality employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for US positions including sourcing from multiple channels, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines aligned with hiring demands and compile recruitment metrics to track effectiveness.
- Maintain employee records, manage onboarding/offboarding documentation, and support benefits management.
- Coordinate payroll data such as attendance and leaves, liaising with payroll vendors to ensure timely salary processing and handle exit settlements.
- Act as a primary HR contact for employees, facilitate engagement initiatives, assist with employee relations and disciplinary matters, and conduct exit interviews.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, maintain documentation, assist policy drafting, and support HR audits with confidentiality maintained.
- Organize induction and training programs, track mandatory training completion, and assist in professional development initiatives.
- Generate and present HR reports covering recruitment, turnover, attendance, and other metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 4-7 years of HR experience with at least 3 years focused on US recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US employment laws and recruitment practices.
- Familiarity with payroll coordination and HR operations.
- Excellent English communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS platforms.
- Experience supporting multi-location US operations and working night shifts is advantageous.
- Knowledge of ADP, Paycor, or similar HR/payroll systems is a plus.
