About the Role
Join Breathe Clinic, Guwahati's specialized respiratory care center operated by Respirit Healthcare, a DPIIT-recognized medtech startup. This full-time position based in Khanapara, Guwahati involves fieldwork with daily travel within the city. You'll report directly to the CEO with weekly performance reviews alongside the Marketing & People Operations Manager.
The role centers on driving the clinic's field marketing efforts by maintaining and growing referral relationships established by doctors and leadership, organizing outreach campaigns, and boosting patient visitation through rigorous execution and target-oriented activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct planned weekly visits to general practitioners, pediatricians, pharmacies, and diagnostic centers in assigned areas, managing referral databases and marketing materials.
- Provide timely referral feedback to doctors within 48 hours post patient visits.
- Organize and manage one respiratory screening camp monthly, including all preparatory and follow-up tasks.
- Record field-generated leads promptly on the same day and convert these into appointment bookings via calls and WhatsApp.
- Support leadership during corporate health screenings and empanelment drives.
- Prepare daily field activity reports and maintain weekly KPI tracking; participate in weekly performance meetings equipped with data.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any field; 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, pharmaceutical/diagnostic sales, or hospital marketing preferred. Highly motivated fresh graduates will be considered at the lower salary band.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler license and access to a vehicle (fuel expenses reimbursed).
- Proficient in Assamese and Hindi; working knowledge of English is necessary. Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and spreadsheet applications like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with weekly numerical performance evaluations.
Compensation and Working Conditions
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000, plus a performance-based bonus up to ₹5,000 linked to key performance indicators. The role requires working six days a week.
Location and Reporting
Field-based in Khanapara, Guwahati with frequent in-city travel. Direct reporting to CEO and Manager – Marketing & People Operations.
