Sales Associate

About the Role

The Sales Associate at Spencer's is entrusted with upholding exceptional Guest Services aligned with company standards. This position entails assisting the Store Management Team by driving sales, handling merchandising tasks, maintaining store cleanliness, pricing products, operating the POS system, and implementing loss prevention strategies while strictly following all company policies and procedures.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly wages range between $15.90 and $16.15, determined by experience and qualifications. Note that all awards, bonuses, and benefits depend on meeting eligibility criteria.

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements

Candidates must be at least 17 years old. The job may involve climbing ladders, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking for up to eight hours during a workday.
