About the Role
The Sales Associate at Spencer's is entrusted with upholding exceptional Guest Services aligned with company standards. This position entails assisting the Store Management Team by driving sales, handling merchandising tasks, maintaining store cleanliness, pricing products, operating the POS system, and implementing loss prevention strategies while strictly following all company policies and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly wages range between $15.90 and $16.15, determined by experience and qualifications. Work Conditions & Physical Requirements
