Overview

We seek an experienced recruiting leader to drive fulfillment, operational excellence, and high-impact delivery within a centralized recruitment function. This role involves managing a hybrid delivery framework including both onshore recruiting teams and offshore resources to optimize KPIs, SLA performance, and foster profitable account growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and account managers across onshore and offshore locations, ensuring balanced workloads and effective task delegation to maintain high team performance.
  • Oversee offshore resource integration, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and productivity alignment between offshore and onshore teams.
  • Monitor and analyze daily and weekly performance metrics like submittals, client interviews, pipeline volumes, and hire ratios, conducting regular one-on-one coaching sessions to support team growth.
  • Continuously adapt recruitment strategies, resource distribution, and delivery models to remain agile and responsive to changing client and business needs.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to implement new AI-driven recruitment technologies, including optimizing internal Applicant Tracking Systems and advanced sourcing tools.
  • Maintain high-quality standards by auditing team submissions, job listings, and data accuracy within recruitment platforms to meet business turnaround and compliance requirements.
  • Provide strategic consultative support to account teams, MSP/RPO partners, and hiring managers through market analysis and problem-solving expertise.
  • Act as the primary recruitment liaison for onboarding new client accounts, ensuring alignment with client-specific Rules of Engagement.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts through exceptional service delivery along with account management teams.
  • Serve as a full lifecycle recruiter and talent advisor for critical or high-volume positions when required, building strong talent pipelines and enhancing candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in staffing industry.
  • A minimum of 4 years in staffing, ideally within high-volume, multi-industry, or centralized recruitment environments.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing recruiting teams, with desirable experience managing offshore recruitment groups.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a record of implementing new recruiting technologies and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting metrics and strategic plans to executive audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt strategies in a fast-changing business environment.
