Key Responsibilities

• Initiate requests and follow up rigorously to gather quotations and offers from various vendors.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of vendor proposals to verify technical compliance and commercial conditions in line with project demands.
• Systematically maintain documentation related to vendor correspondence, quotations, and comparative analyses.
• Collaborate intensively with vendors, proposal teams, and engineering departments to ensure all technical and financial considerations are comprehensively addressed.
• Manage timelines effectively to guarantee vendor offers are received promptly to align with bidding schedules.
• Continuously monitor vendor capabilities, pricing trends, and prevailing industry standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
• Holds between 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Has a strong grasp of technical specifications related to mechanical components.
• Is proficient with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experienced with SAP systems.
• Exemplifies superior negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Is capable of working independently and juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrates prior experience specifically in the water industry.
