Role Overview

We are seeking a Trading Product Manager to lead the vision and development of our trading and brokerage platform, FNmarkets. This role involves orchestrating a seamless trading ecosystem integrating platforms such as MT5 and cTrader alongside internal systems. You will align user expectations, business objectives, and regulatory requirements while managing cross-disciplinary teams to deliver scalable fintech solutions that enhance our market standing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate the product vision and roadmap for the designated product areas.
• Ensure product initiatives support overarching business goals, satisfy user demands, and seize market opportunities.
• Discover growth potentials through structured research and user engagement strategies.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog converting requirements into precise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Design, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams to guarantee timely, high-quality releases.
• Lead internal program rollouts and conduct training sessions to promote user adoption across operational and support divisions.
• Establish success metrics for products and leverage data and user inputs for ongoing optimization.
• Partner with Compliance and Risk units to ensure all product developments conform to regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile

• At least five years' experience managing products within fintech and brokerage contexts.
• Proficient technical understanding of AI tools and frameworks such as Claude and agent architectures to evaluate proposal feasibility.
• Technical fluency to interact effectively with engineering on APIs, databases, and systems architecture.
• Experience utilizing data-driven prioritization models like RICE or Kano.
• Outstanding communication skills enabling translation of business goals into actionable technical directives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Initial 30-minute HR interview focusing on talent acquisition.

• Final 60-minute bar raiser interview involving department leadership and recruitment lead.
