Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to join our AdTech team to continually create exceptional advertising experiences. This role centers on developing vendor-paid promotions products that empower restaurant partners to enhance visibility, boost order conversions, and increase sales by addressing the full marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy to position vendor promotions as a core element of Delivery Hero's market success.
• Drive the creation of a top-tier e-commerce product focusing on thorough product discovery, user-centric design, and sustainable product development.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team comprising commercial performance managers, data scientists, analysts, UX researchers, designers, and engineers.
• Coordinate with regional teams and secure alignment and support from global and regional C-level stakeholders for your product initiatives.
• Participate in our extensive global product community, serving as a mentor and product advocate.

Required Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience crafting digital growth and promotions products in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously with strong ownership and accountability.
• Highly analytical mindset with excellent skills to convey, justify, and synchronize product strategies relying on data and impact forecasts.
• Exceptional communication, listening, and negotiation abilities to navigate and build consensus in complex organizational setups.
