Deutsche Windtechnik is a team of 2,700 highly trained and motivated professionals specializing in maintenance, repair, enhancement, and inspection of wind turbines. Operating globally with 7,900 wind park projects, the company is dedicated to driving the energy transition forward every day. To support continued growth, Deutsche Windtechnik is expanding its internal team in various departments including customer service, project management, administration, and IT.
Currently, they are looking to strengthen their office team at the Osnabrück location by hiring a Payroll Specialist.
Candidate Profile
- Completed commercial vocational training such as office management, wholesale and foreign trade, or industrial clerk.
- Additional qualification in personnel or payroll accounting with at least one year of practical experience processing payroll using DATEV LODAS.
- Sound knowledge of payroll tax and social security regulations.
- Strong ability to quickly grasp new information, customer service orientation, and reliable, structured working style.
- Capable of maintaining composure and professional communication even in demanding situations.
- Proficient with MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify accurate and timely monthly payroll accounting complying with applicable social insurance and tax laws as well as company-specific requirements.
- Manage reporting, certification, and notification obligations toward authorities and other administrations.
- Communicate with health insurers, Federal Employment Agency (BfA), social welfare offices, and similar institutions.
- Assist with personnel administration tasks including producing statistics, certificates, and other correspondence.
- Oversee the time management system.
