This position involves leading payroll operations and ensuring adherence to statutory compliance within a prestigious outsourcing, staffing, and integrated facilities management company preparing for an IPO.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing using Darwin Box software platform.
- Oversee statutory compliance systems to meet regulatory standards.
- Conduct audits and prepare detailed reports related to payroll and compliance.
- Coordinate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Work Conditions
- Five-day work week.
- Strictly office-based role located in Noida, India.
- Permanent full-time employment.
Candidate Profile
- Experience ranging from 3 to over 10 years in corporate payroll processing, compensation management, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in configuring and operating Darwin Box modules.
Compensation
Annual package ranges from 10,000,000 to 13,000,000 INR with 92% fixed pay and remaining portions paid annually.
