About the Company
Em Sol Co In is an international BPO company based in Gurugram, India, specializing in customer service operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance and performance.
- Drive maximization of revenue generation through efficient operations.
- Lead the selection, training, development, and performance management of direct reports and their teams.
- Foster strong relationships with client partners to promote business growth and collaboration.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring high performance standards.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to assess and improve performance.
- Oversee key operational areas including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR), fraud detection, and transaction monitoring.
