Medical Representative (MR)

Overview

A reputable pharmaceutical and healthcare company is seeking an energetic and goal-driven Medical Representative to promote its pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals product lines. This role requires robust experience in field sales, exceptional communication skills, and a talent for fostering lasting professional relationships with doctors and other healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Market pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to a structured daily call plan to visit doctors regularly.
• Drive prescription generation and enhance product visibility.
• Meet monthly sales and business objectives.
• Spot and pursue new business prospects within the assigned region.
• Coordinate doctor meetings, Continuing Medical Education (CME) events, and product awareness initiatives.
• Record daily call reports and maintain comprehensive sales documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate degree such as B.Sc., B.Pharma, D.Pharma, BBA, or any other undergraduate qualification.
• At least one year of experience in pharmaceutical sales or as a Medical Representative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective presentation and negotiation capabilities.
• Self-driven, results-oriented individual ready to travel extensively within the designated territory.
• Preferably own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.

Additional Information

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

Salary: Up to 25,000 INR per month plus incentives and travel allowance.
