Overview
A reputable pharmaceutical and healthcare company is seeking an energetic and goal-driven Medical Representative to promote its pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals product lines. This role requires robust experience in field sales, exceptional communication skills, and a talent for fostering lasting professional relationships with doctors and other healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Market pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Establish and nurture strong connections with healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to a structured daily call plan to visit doctors regularly.
- Drive prescription generation and enhance product visibility.
- Meet monthly sales and business objectives.
- Spot and pursue new business prospects within the assigned region.
- Coordinate doctor meetings, Continuing Medical Education (CME) events, and product awareness initiatives.
- Record daily call reports and maintain comprehensive sales documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate degree such as B.Sc., B.Pharma, D.Pharma, BBA, or any other undergraduate qualification.
- At least one year of experience in pharmaceutical sales or as a Medical Representative.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective presentation and negotiation capabilities.
- Self-driven, results-oriented individual ready to travel extensively within the designated territory.
- Preferably own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
