Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking International Voice Process Executives for our Hyderabad location to handle US shift operations.

• Attend and manage both inbound and outbound customer calls targeting the US market.
• Resolve various issues related to orders, deliveries, and services efficiently.
• Handle customer escalations ensuring satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain and deliver superior customer experience consistently.
• Work schedule includes 5 working days per week on a US shift basis.
