Job Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking International Voice Process Executives for our Hyderabad location to handle US shift operations.
- Attend and manage both inbound and outbound customer calls targeting the US market.
- Resolve various issues related to orders, deliveries, and services efficiently.
- Handle customer escalations ensuring satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain and deliver superior customer experience consistently.
- Work schedule includes 5 working days per week on a US shift basis.
