Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Specialist at TeamViewer, you will contribute to business growth by uncovering new sales opportunities and cultivating strong client relationships through alignment of solutions with customer objectives. This role presents a career advancement path within B2B SaaS sales extending towards Account Executive responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage daily with assigned prospects, inbound inquiries, and existing clients to establish consultative, lasting partnerships.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of TeamViewer’s SMB offerings to deliver customized proposals addressing specific business needs.
• Deliver prompt, professional responses to client communications, upholding high standards of service and timely follow-up.
• Generate precise quotations and conduct timely follow-ups to maintain momentum and boost sales conversions.
• Achieve and surpass key performance indicators, including making 50–60 outbound calls daily, setting 10–15 qualified meetings weekly, and meeting revenue targets established by the Inside Sales Team Manager.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling by employing consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and SPIN.
• Mentor junior sales staff, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous development and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing and customer success teams to optimize lead quality and enhance customer retention.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ sales experience, including at least one year in a tele-sales or sales development representative role.
• Customer-centric approach throughout all stages of the sales process.
• Competitive yet cooperative mindset that encourages team achievements.
• Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask and effectively negotiate and present proposals.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented, thriving in a high-velocity work environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM platforms for accurate sales pipeline management and forecasting.
