About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT support functions, resolving employee technical issues across multiple sites.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including provisioning devices, creating accounts, managing access, and recovering equipment.
• Lead hardware deployments and remote device provisioning for a distributed team.
• Maintain and enhance IT processes, documentation, and operational workflows.
• Support audiovisual technology and conference room equipment to ensure smooth meeting operations.
• Assist with office infrastructure initiatives such as networking, access control systems, and workplace technology upgrades.
• Handle internal network infrastructure maintenance, including wireless networks, VPN connections, and firewall administration.
• Manage endpoint security, ensure device compliance, apply OS updates, and conduct vulnerability mitigation.
• Administer mobile device management platforms and track hardware inventory effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee secure, reliable, and scalable IT operations.

Experience and Skills Required

• More than 5 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or Systems Administration roles.
• Proficient supporting Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management tools such as Microsoft Intune or Jamf.
• Experience using identity and access management systems like Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or Google Workspace.
• Good knowledge of networking principles, including VPNs, wireless networks, and firewall configuration.
• Skilled in managing hardware lifecycle, endpoint management, and device provisioning processes.
• Understanding of IT security best practices and endpoint compliance standards.
