Job Description
The role involves managing the entire recruitment process, from posting job advertisements on various digital platforms to preparing official employee documents like offer and appointment letters. Additionally, the candidate will generate reports related to HR activities and recruitment performance metrics.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Between one to three years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
Work Location and Benefits
This position is based at the BRDS Head Office located in Ahmedabad. Applicants can expect to work at the office premises with convenient driving access.
