Job description
Overview
The Human Resource Executive will oversee the full employee lifecycle at all company locations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and maintaining accurate personnel records. This role reports directly to senior management and supervises HR functions across all company centers.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with center heads to determine staffing needs, source candidates, and coordinate interviews and salary discussions.
- Manage onboarding processes including collection of KYC and employment documents, employee induction, and HRMS enrollment.
- Monitor and record daily attendance using biometric systems, address discrepancies, and ensure compliance with attendance policies.
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, incentives, deductions, and facilitate final settlements for departing employees.
- Maintain comprehensive employee files including personal details, employment history, disciplinary records, and asset allocation.
- Enforce company policies uniformly, issue disciplinary communications, and escalate policy violations promptly.
- Serve as primary HR liaison for employee relations, grievances, engagement activities, and conflict resolution.
- Track probationary periods and confirmations, manage performance documentation, and support HR decisions on career progression.
- Administer exit procedures including interviews, asset retrieval, access revocation, and clearance documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive HR management reports daily, weekly, and monthly covering recruitment, attendance, payroll, attrition, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
HR Authority & Compliance
This position holds responsibility as custodian of employee records. No employment-related changes, including salary revisions or designation changes, are valid without HR approval and documentation. The role ensures all employee lifecycle events are properly recorded and communicated.
