Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a diligent and proactive Regional Operations Assistant Manager to oversee critical HR operational processes associated with the employee lifecycle. The position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining precise employee data across governmental systems, and acting as a connecting point among employees, internal departments, and local authorities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and exit procedures to facilitate seamless employee transitions.
  • Handle employment contracts and legal paperwork, guaranteeing adherence to company policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee profiles within SuccessFactors HR system.
  • Be the primary contact for employee queries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Update employee records including compensation and other essential data.
  • Supervise employee medical insurance enrollment, adjustments, and cancellations while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate offboarding logistics including final clearances and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee and company data on Qiwa and other relevant Saudi governmental platforms.
  • Engage as a liaison with Saudi authorities to ensure full compliance with labor laws and contractual requirements.
  • Implement updates aligned with Saudi labor regulations to maintain organizational compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational needs and promote alignment.
  • Offer consultative advice to stakeholders to enhance operational practices and efficiency.
  • Regularly monitor and present operational observations to senior management.
  • Ensure best practice implementation to increase operational effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or related discipline.
  • 6 to 9 years of experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience managing compliance and working with Saudi governmental platforms such as Qiwa and GOSI.

Key Skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi labor laws and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems including SuccessFactors and Saudi government portals.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, supportive team culture focused on continued growth and learning.
