Role Summary
This role, part of a new global HR team, supports urgent and operational HR requests spanning multiple regions and time zones. Focused on operational efficiency, AI-driven automation, and collaboration with various HR teams, it requires an adaptable individual comfortable working flexible shifts within a 24/7 support environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver operational HR support addressing inquiries across EMEA and other time zones.
- Manage adherence to internal procedures across employee life cycle HR tasks ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Handle HR hotline and written communications relating to EOR and client HR queries.
- Execute time-sensitive operational requests within defined SLAs.
- Provide backup coverage for country-level HR operations as needed.
- Work alongside country HR owners and team leads to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Engage in cross-functional projects aimed at operational improvements.
- Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven agents and automation workflows to scale HR operations efficiently.
- Convert manual HR processes into automated, intelligent workflows.
- Monitor automation performance and refine based on metrics and feedback.
- Perform other duties essential to the HR Experience department’s operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in HR operations, shared services, or similar, with proven use of AI tools for workflow enhancement.
- Fluency in English required.
- Willingness to operate flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms like Claude or Gemini to automate and streamline HR processes.
- Experience working in high-volume, multi-region HR operational contexts.
- Effective management of urgent HR requests with high accuracy and quality standards.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with HR helpdesk or ticketing systems preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and case management tools.
- Must reside within the EMEA region.
