Role Overview
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent (m/w/d) for Front Office and Restaurant duties at H+ Hotel Stade Herzog Widukind. The position is full-time with a permanent contract and the work location is in Stade. The anticipated starting date is immediate.
Primary Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests as the first point of contact at reception.
- Ensure smooth operations from check-in through check-out.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with all departments to optimize guest service.
- Manage cash handling and accurate billing at the front desk.
- Fulfill individual guest requests with dedication, attentiveness, and customer focus.
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet.
- Ensure the breakfast service runs seamlessly.
- Greet and seat breakfast guests warmly and professionally.
- Provide courteous and expert service standards.
- Collaborate closely with other teams as part of daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of work tools and areas daily, adhering to hygiene regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training in hotel or gastronomy sectors, or relevant professional experience as a career changer in service and reception roles.
- Passion for guest interaction combined with a natural talent for warm hospitality.
- Adaptability in working style and genuine enthusiasm for teamwork.
