About the Role

Join COS as a Sales Advisor at our Chatswood Chase location in Sydney, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will warmly welcome customers, assist them throughout the store including at the cash desk and fitting rooms, handle deliveries, restock merchandise, and maintain appealing displays of our latest collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, high-quality service across all areas of the store.
• Process deliveries and ensure timely restocking and merchandising of products.
• Support smooth daily store operations by collaborating with the team to create a welcoming environment.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Customer-centric attitude with a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
