Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to actively promote and sell 3M bodyshop products including abrasives, polishing materials, and masking supplies to automobile workshops, garages, and dealerships. The role involves generating leads, conducting client visits and product demonstrations, and consistently reaching set sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to automotive workshops and bodyshops to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Market and sell a range of 3M bodyshop products tailored for auto repair and maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as established by the company.

Job Requirements

• Possess between 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ownership of two-wheeler (bike) is preferred to facilitate travel to client sites.
