Job Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to actively promote and sell 3M bodyshop products such as abrasives, polishing materials, and masking solutions to automobile workshops, garages, and dealerships in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit automobile workshops and bodyshops to develop new business opportunities
- Effectively sell the range of 3M products to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Consistently meet monthly sales targets
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Possession of a two-wheeler (bike) is preferred
