Job Overview
SM Enterprises is seeking proactive, assured, and well-groomed individuals with outstanding communication, relationship-building, and persuasion abilities to join as Field Sales Executives. This position focuses on generating business for various loan products including Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, Personal Loans, Vehicle Loans, and others by engaging directly with potential customers, agents, and referral partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities relating to multiple loan offerings through a network of clients and intermediaries.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and referral partners to facilitate consistent business growth.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by employing effective communication and persuasion techniques in field activities.
