Role overview
We are looking for an Environmental Control Officer to support construction-site environmental compliance and reporting for Singapore projects.
Project knowledge and site experience
The ideal candidate should already be familiar with LTA and HDB BTO project requirements, and must have prior experience working on construction projects in Singapore.
Licences and certifications
Applicants must hold a Certificate of Competency in Earth Control Measures (ECM) for Construction Site Personnel. A valid ECO licence and a valid ECMO licence are also required.
Technical and compliance exposure
The role calls for familiarity with GGBS audits, as well as experience handling Safety Campaigns and Environmental Campaigns.
Reporting and environmental data submission
The ECO will be responsible for gathering, compiling, and submitting site environmental data. This includes tracking water, electricity, and diesel usage, recording concrete wastage, documenting the amount of construction debris produced on site, and maintaining noise and vector records for submission to NEA. ECM records must also be prepared for PUB.
