Electrical Supervisor

About the Role

PE Global is seeking a seasoned Electrical Supervisor for an internationally renowned construction firm engaged in a major hyperscale data center project located in West Dublin. Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily electrical installation operations on site, ensuring safe, efficient work.
• Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors to align work with project timelines.
• Track project progress against schedules and proactively resolve delivery challenges.
• Guarantee all work complies with health, safety, quality, and environmental protocols.
• Perform site inspections and quality assurance checks to meet project criteria.
• Assist with commissioning and project handover activities.
• Participate actively in meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Maintain comprehensive site records and progress documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and client representatives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a strong culture of safety on-site.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess an electrical trade certification or equivalent electrical engineering background.
• Demonstrated experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large-scale construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and site supervision.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and ensure timely project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
• Capacity to perform effectively in a dynamic project environment.
• Committed to upholding health and safety best practices rigorously.

Preferred Experience

• Background working on data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial, semiconductor, or other critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience within Tier 1 contractor environments.
• Familiarity with commissioning and handover procedures.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must have prior experience on electrical construction projects in Ireland and be authorized to work in the country.
