Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business to enhance brand presence.
• Create and distribute engaging marketing materials such as posts and reels to attract potential customers.
• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook) and Google platforms.
• Generate and handle online leads specifically tailored for real estate offerings.
• Collaborate closely with the sales department to increase lead conversion rates.
• Track marketing campaign performance and compile comprehensive weekly reports.
• Maintain and update the company’s website along with various digital listings.

Candidate Requirements

• A graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is essential.
• Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Well-versed with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Canva, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Creative thinker with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Basic skills in photo and video editing are desirable and considered a plus.
