About Ashirwad Properties
Ashirwad Properties, based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, is seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Executive to join their team and drive online marketing efforts for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business to enhance brand presence.
- Create and distribute engaging marketing materials such as posts and reels to attract potential customers.
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook) and Google platforms.
- Generate and handle online leads specifically tailored for real estate offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the sales department to increase lead conversion rates.
- Track marketing campaign performance and compile comprehensive weekly reports.
- Maintain and update the company’s website along with various digital listings.
Candidate Requirements
- A graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is essential.
- Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Well-versed with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Canva, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Creative thinker with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Basic skills in photo and video editing are desirable and considered a plus.

- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
- Candidates residing in Ranchi or nearby areas will be prioritized.
