Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals for the position of Development/Relationship Manager in the Health Agency division, based in Patna, Bihar. The role focuses on expanding the agency channel through recruitment, training, and management of insurance agents, alongside motivating teams to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment, training, and management of insurance agents and advisors.
• Driving sales growth via the agency distribution channel.
• Inspiring and guiding teams to consistently meet sales targets.
• Organizing regular meetings and conducting performance evaluations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a graduate degree in any discipline.
• At least one year of experience in field sales, preferably in sales or marketing within insurance.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
