Job Overview
Join ICICI Lombard as a Telecalling Executive where you will engage in outbound and digital sales communications, effectively present insurance products, and contribute to sales growth while fostering strong customer relations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage outbound and digital sales calls efficiently.
- Communicate with customers to fully comprehend their needs and requirements.
- Clearly and confidently explain various insurance products to clients.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed sales, benefiting from unlimited incentive opportunities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Hindi and English communication.
- Good analytical and sales capability.
- Basic understanding of insurance products or prior sales experience is a plus.
- Eligible candidates include Graduates and individuals who have passed HSC.
Working Hours and Leave
- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week
- Fixed weekly off on Sundays
