Requirements
- Demonstrable prior experience in customer support or related positions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks and solving problems efficiently.
- Ability to engage with customers patiently and empathetically.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
